German baking tradition is one of the oldest in the European history. Our well selected ingredients are the basis for manufacturing exceptional bakery products. Special baking procedures in various baking ovens guaranty the highest quality of our products. Our products are regularly awarded with the German DLG certificate.
A special process of shock freezing our products will guaranty a constant taste and freshness over a long period without any preservatives and we are certified after the IFS (International Food Standard) and HACCP.
Our products are either pre baked or ready baked. The cooking instructions are therefore easy to handle. The pre baked products need to be ready baked in commercial ovens in a time frame of 10 to 20 minutes and the ready baked products need to be defrosted at room temperature.
